1. Futurology serves the search for mutual understanding, dialogue and potential solutions, scientific, expert and humanitarian cooperation, and not the visualization of fears and cultural anxiety. It strengthens the ability of institutions and societies to find common ground and develop applied responses to the challenges of the future. The youth of the BRICS countries (BRICS++) want to find answers to these challenges together.
2. Every nation has the right to its own image of the future based on its civilizational identity. The design of development strategies in the BRICS space should be based on respect for the cultural code, ethical and historical characteristics of the participating countries, rejecting the imposition of unified external models.
3. We advocate an evidence-based approach to analyzing the future, linking global trends with specific development objectives of the state and society.
4. The development of foresight projects and research schools in the BRICS countries should be based on the convergence of knowledge as the main standard of work, taking into account the peculiarities of the cultural and civilizational identities of each country.
5. Technological progress is inseparable from understanding ethical issues. Innovations should be designed and created taking into account cultural, ethical, historical, social and legal contexts, while maintaining the human-centered nature of development.
6. We consider the exploration of outer space as a strategic direction for the development of mankind. Expanding scientific horizons through space exploration should remain a priority in the context of strengthening international cooperation.
7. Long-term development models require consolidation of efforts by the state, business and civil society. Intersectoral cooperation can ensure comprehensive transformation and implementation of innovative solutions while maintaining social stability.
8. Horizontal network connections are the foundation for the sustainable development of international processes. Direct scientific, expert, and socio-cultural exchange between research communities, universities, civic initiatives, and youth organizations ensures the continuity of dialogue and the sustainability of cooperation.
9. We call for the creation of a permanent network of youth think tanks in the BRICS countries. The implementation of this initiative will contribute to the formation of a just architecture of a multipolar and multifaceted world order.
10. The BRICS countries should, with the active participation of young people, develop their own humanitarian infrastructure — a network of research programs, expert schools, analytical platforms, cultural and educational initiatives and socio-cultural projects — as the basis for the formation of a fair and balanced international architecture, and futurological research and projects should become an important semantic area of this activity.
