I have guided young leaders at the Higher School of Economics, supervised coursework, and worked on projects for young scientists. For me, becoming a Mentor means contributing to the project and research work of a young specialist. A particular focus of my interests is related to the East, and I have a wide network of contacts and resources that can be beneficial for young researchers. I love finding 'growth points' in projects, initiatives, and people!
