About me
My journey has been one of faith, courage, and resilience. At 18, I joined a Catholic religious order, serving for 12 years—including two years in Afghanistan—before realizing I was spiritual but not religious. I pursued a Master’s in Social Work, worked across four Indian states, and in 2018 moved to Delhi to begin my independent journey of social change.

After initial setbacks, I co-founded an organization that has now been creating impact for five years. Having discovered the power of Emotional Intelligence, I today coach corporates, students, and teachers in using it as a skill for growth, leadership, and human connection.

Mentorship for me is about enabling others to unlock their potential. I believe that guidance, when combined with empathy and clarity, can transform both individuals and organizations. Having mentored students, volunteers, and grassroots NGOs, I have witnessed how consistent support and shared learning accelerate growth. Becoming a mentor allows me to extend this impact further—helping others navigate challenges, develop leadership skills, and create sustainable social change.
