Qualities that are important in a Mentee

If a Mentee wants to become a developed personality and a leader in their profession, they can be appealing to me. They can be useful if they demonstrate motivation and heightened interest in the practical knowledge and recommendations that I can provide as a Mentor. Also, young people with pronounced leadership qualities would be useful to me for establishing networking and exchanging opinions
