Our area of work—cooperation with BRICS+ countries—is actively developing and constantly requires new personnel who can quickly integrate into the process. Over the past five years of working in the field of humanitarian cooperation, our team has accumulated a vast amount of practical experience that we sometimes struggle to fully utilize in our work. I hope that through the Mentorship Program, I can share this experience and inspire future international professionals with our ideas.
