Nikita Kalinkin

Project Manager of Alfa-Bank JSC

About me
Throughout my years working at McKinsey, KPMG, and in the banking sector, I have come to realize that the most valuable knowledge comes not from textbooks but from engaging with experienced professionals. I remember how, early in my career, I needed a mentor who could show me how to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and avoid common mistakes.

Now, with over ten years of experience in strategic consulting and banking, I feel ready and eager to become such a Mentor for others. I have extensive experience in developing and conducting business cases for interview preparation, as well as training junior colleagues in strategic analysis. I have advised teams of 10+ people on AI strategy and the development of digital platforms.
