MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

A Knowledge Hub project aimed at helping students and graduates of humanities specialties enter the professional community, strengthen their career prospects, and develop academic and social ties between CIS and BRICS countries

Goals of the Program

Each meeting is dedicated to a specific goal and includes an assignment from the Mentor and organisers from the Knowledge Hub. As a result of participating in the Program, you will gain new experience, make new acquaintances, boost your professional skills and gain confidence in your abilities

Mentor

An expert in the social and humanitarian sphere, representative of the academic community, NGOs, and businesses in the BRICS and CIS countries

Mentee

You must be a student, postgraduate student, young scientist or specialist striving for self-development and who is motivated and eager to learn from a Mentor

  • Initial meeting and contact establishing with the Mentor

  • The “five whys” method

  • Collaborative Global Goals Mapping

  • Selecting two or three key focuses for the next meetings

  • Defining the role of the Mentor after the Program
